Shane has been one of my top SAC agents that I have used while at SBA for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional with regard siting in the Midwest area. It is difficult for me to write a recommendation of Shane Begley that glows enough. Shane has got it all. He is smart, has a great work ethic, great leadership skills, does not complain and does not know how to quit.
Anyone who has hired and managed employees knows that most of them are pretty good, a some are rotten, and every five to ten years, you run across one of those people who is just special. I have had two of the special ones working for me over the last 20 years, and Shane is one of them.
Anyone who has managed a Division through a transtion knows that the direction from corporate and the expectations of the rank and file do not mesh, and push back comes from all directions. Shane is one of those guys who recognizes that a difficult situation is no excuse for deliverying anything less than your best.
